Define the motivation that leads to being proactive

We know its important to be proactive, and we know we need to challenge complacency in the workplace, but how do you kick it all into high gear?

You find your motivation, what it takes to get you ramped up and ready to recognize and avoid workplace hazards.

Here are the key strategies; the motivational needs:
o  Desire to improve, whether in quality standards, product quality or offering, customer service, and/or sales performance.
o  Desire to feel more confident, directed, and comfortable that your business is headed in the right direction.
o  Desire to make changes that you feel or know are necessary as part of a high-level corporate vision.
o  Desire to create a sense of urgency to drive real change and get results.
